I have to be really careful with things like this.  First, the sugar alcohol bothers me  (gas) and secondly, they 're really good, too good! I made the SF brownies with apple sauce.  I added some walnuts and even a few tablespoons of SF chocolate chips.  I served them as dessert after a small dinner party.  They were rich and incredibly tasty, no one even knew they were SF.

I take 1/2 cup milk, 1 packet starbucks via decaf coffee and ho****er and mix it all together, then I add 1 scoop unjury chocolate protein (the only protein powder I like) - the only issue is being careful not to make it too hot or the whey protein will curdle.

I have it every morning.

This is one of my favorites...and now that it MAY be getting warmer outside (from my keyboard to God's ears!) a tall frosty goodie is perfect.

1 cup water
1 scoop chocolate protein powder of your choice
2 teaspoons chocolate sugar free instant pudding powder
2 Tablespoons sugar free raspberry syrup (Davinci/Torani)- or to taste
1 teaspoon instant coffee crystals
3-4 ice cubes

Pulse in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Topic: RE: Favorite Lettuce/Spinach Recipes?
These are a family favorite. This is not my recipe but I've made these time and time again. I helped make these in my cooking class at Chemung County Cornell Cooperative Extentsion. They were very easy to make. When we made these we used ground turkey which is exactly what I do all the time. We also used fresh spinach about 1 cup. When we cooked these patties we cooked them in a bit of oil to keep the patties from sticking. At the cooking class and at home these were cooked in a electric skillet. Please make sure to keep the lid on the skillet while cooking to keep the patties moist. When I made them at home I used thawed frozen ground turkey. I fryed my patties in Pam to cut on the fat content.

Spinach and Meat Cakes

  • 1 Preheat frying pan (no oil).
  • 2 Combine all ingredients except brown rice in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
  • 3 Form mixture into 12 small balls. Place in frying pan and flatten into patties using a spatula.
  • 4 Cook over medium heat until cooked on both sides.
  • 5 Serve over cooked brown rice.

I have several YUMMY concoctions on my blog.  I use regular caffeinated, but certainly using decaf brewed or instant is absolutely fine.  Hope you find some that you love.

(I use a lot of the sugar free DaVinci or Torani syrups...extracts work too, with a little more sweetener.)
