Did you leave the water from the canned tuna in? I'm actually kinda terrified of the pureed meats concept... sounds vile. But I'm going to have to do it, so I'm hunting for good recipes.
Thanks for the link to the group! That's exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!!!

I've got a thread going on some recipes I've tried and asking for recommendations from other folks who have tried stuff. I think the problem is that Groups are kind of hidden so people don't participate in them as much as the forums that are front and center.
The FB Instant Pot groups (regular, low carb 1 & low carb 2) and googling for IP recipes with low-carb and paleo added on is how I find stuff. I tend to look for meat recipes rather than anything casserole-y or whatnot, since those tend to have too many carbs. There are lots of great recipes out there!
I'm sure it's only a matter of time before someone publishes a bariatric IP cookbook. :)

I just searched for a group and didn't find one. But a lot of topics came up across all the forums.
I bought some turkey burgers last summer and they've been in my freezer mostly untouched. Do you guys have any recipe ideas to use them, such as seasonings or incorporating them into a dish?

Great recipe sharing Facebook group lead by Patricia who had WLS in June or Jully and who is trained in nutrition. You can see her WLS-friendly recipes in the Photo Album of the group. Go to "My Bariatric Kitchen" on Facebook and ask to join. You won't regret it.

Hi all,
Does anyone here try cheese with green tea? You don't believe, it's a nice combination. I love experimenting and I tried cheese with wine which was also try. We should be careful about the recipe. I tried cheese with green tea latte which is prepared using unsweetened vanilla almond milk and stevia. Creamy cheese and green tea is a good combination. Hereby I'm sharing my favorite green tea latte recipe.
Preparation
Steam 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk with 1 tsp matcha green tea. add 1 packet of stevia and stir it well. Sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon on top and Try it with fresh creamy cheese.
