Here it is!   If you cook it even a couple seconds too long it can get VERY rubbery!!  I also have a lemon one there, too!

Can you post the recipe here?  My work prohibits Facebook so I'm unable to look there.  Thanks!

The one I made was a bit like rubber on top but like cake under. Whenever I locate this recipe I'll post it for you. It was super yummy!

I've lost my copy of a recipe for a chocolate cake made in a mug. I think it called for Splenda and instant coffee was optional. Please post your favorite! Thanks christine (internetnut)

UGH...I'm sorry you are having so many issues.  I know you've tried a lot of protein powders, but have you attempted MAX protein?  EggFace uses it in all her recipes for protein shakes, etc.  I must say I had a hard time finding a protein powder I could stomach and that one was the ticket.

Also, have you tried protein fruit drinks or protein jello?  My surgeon had me on it before and after surgery and I still get it to supplement my food.  Well I did before falling horribly off the wagon, but that's another story.  It might be worth ordering a sampler to see what you can handle.  I know the protein fruit drinks and protein jellos weren't too bad.  The protein chicken broth was tolerable as well.  If your surgeon doesn't have an online store, let me know and I can send you mine from Grand Health Partners.  OR, maybe see if others here have websites they use that have these items.

You are your best advocate so keep pushing to find the answer that will get you better.

Please let us know how you're doing.

All the best,

Melinda

I love liver and fried onions..yummy!! I hated it when I was little..My brother and I would try and hide it under our mashed potatoes. lol Mon always saw it and made us eat at least 1/2 a slice. But, today i love it ..I don't like it as left overs  but i could eat it until i got sick.. I never knew it had so much protein in it..Thinking I might make it at least 3 times a week from now on.. even it is just for me alone..Thanks for the infro...Lucky.

I would use eggfaces baked ricotta recipe and put slice eggplant or zucinni in it and it is sooooo good.. I would cook it up a little in a skillet before adding it so it would be cooked well..

Hope this helps out..
