Topic: looking for a recipe
I know this is a long short, but I am hoping someone can shed some light on this for me. Down in the south we have a grocery store called HEB, if you have ever been one you will understand my love for this store. They also happen to make the most amazing rotisseries chicken salad. Its light and creamy and low in fat. If any one knows how to make it or come close to it i would love if you would share the recipe. This recipe does not have walnuts, grapes, raisins, or water chestnuts in it. Its real basic chicken, celery, salt, pepper, and something to make it smokey flavor... wish I had the recipe. Thanks!

Fat Free has 15 calories per 2 Tbsp, Sugar Free has 20. The Fat Free has high fructose corn syrup, neither has "real food."
I don't think it matters all that much

Topic: Snacks for Soft Foods
I am about to start soft foods and im looking for some "good" protein snacks. I am just looking to have some variety in my foods. Also I have a question "If you eat a snack like string cheese do you still wait the 60min or whatever it is after a meal to be able to drink something?" Thank you.
Topic: FF vs SF Cool Whip
I notice a lot of recipes call for FF Cool Whip. Should we be eating this instead of the SF Cool Whip? I have been making some of the SF Jello Puddings and love a dollup of cool whip on them. I just assumed the Sugar Free is what I should buy.
I am just venturing into more solid foods and appreciate any input you all have.
Thanks!

I wonder if chicken livers are as good for us? I can take out a certain number of chicken livers and prepare them for eating. Easier than preparing the hunters with the deer. Topic: RE: Just bought some...... and need recipe.

I agree. Is there something you are hungry for? it'll help you to get it down and digested and do you some good. Maybe fried chicken? If so i'd make some mashed potaotes and gravy to go with it. Bear in mind I eat low carb so potatoes aren't in my meal plan at all...lol. After eating a satisfying meal I'd sit down with you and discuss other meal options.
I am going with this thru my daughter in law. she is pregnant and due in February. She is milking it for all its worth...lol. I've been there and one that. Of course things are stressful for her and my son, her husband. But life is tough, they are still young and learning that.
