1 cup Bananas
1/4 cup Almond Milk
1/4 cup Egg Whites
Mix ingredients well. Pour into muffin pan. Bake at 350(F) degrees for 15-20 minutes.
**Note: Bake times are for regular size muffins. If making in mini muffin pans, the bake time may need adjusted.

This was Devine. My family even loved it!
1 pkg softened cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 juice of lemon
1/2 zest of lemon
4 pkgs truvia
1 banana
2tbs real butter
1/3 cup Splenda brown sugar
coolwhip free
Beat cream cheese until smooth, add trivia, eggs and lemon juice and zest, beat until combined. Spray non stick cooking spray in ramekins (4), put ramekins on baking sheet (the kind that has a 2 inch or so sides). Boil about 3 cups of water, pour it on baking sheet, it would go about half way up the ramekins. Bake at 350 for 26 minutes. Let cool, melt butter in frying pan, add brown sugar, coo****il bubbly, then add sliced bananas. Let cool slightly. Put bananas on top of cheesecakes then top with coolwhip free.
I LOVE my crockpot!! I put a whole chicken in there with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder. I turn it on low when I go to bed at night and it is cooked to perfection in the morning. Better than a rotisserie chicken! I usually make 3 meals for my family of 4 out of that. Also I will put frozen boneless breasts in there with a small Amit of water. When they are done, I shred it, then add a pkg of taco seasoning. We have soft chicken tacos with that.
Yes!!! I love to cook and bake. I still make my southern meals but healthier.
Bacon Ranch Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tablespoons Real bacon bits
- 1 Teaspoon Minced garlic
- 1 Package Ranch dressing mix
- 1 Can Cream of chicken soup
- 1 Cup Sour cream
- Cooked egg noodles
Directions

Step One
Combine bacon, garlic, ranch dressing mix, soup, and sour cream; mix well.

Step Two
Pour over chicken in the slow cooker.

Step Three
Cook on high 3-4 hours.

I then shred the chicken and put back in the pot and then add the egg noodles; mix together.
