Is that 1/2 cup of milk or 1/2 a soup can of milk?

I use my Instant Pot to make the BEST chicken breast that is moist without adding a coating to the outside.

I place the breast into the pot and make certain that there is low-sodium broth covering the bottom 1/2 of the chicken and then make it according to the instructions (I think it is like 8 or 12 minutes for boneless chicken breasts. The meat is so tender and juicy and can then be used any way you like, without having to add extra ingredients to help cover dryness. Love it! best decision I ever made.

I received an Instant Pot and a Sous-Vide Circulator for Christmas! I've started collecting a couple recipes to try but thought I would check in here to see if anyone has any highly recommended tried-and-true favorites?

Love it when you add some seasonings...garlic, cinnamon..it's a little trial and error, but it does mix things up a bit

that crust actually sounds good! I've tried cauliflower crusts and not been happy with them.

Definitely going to give this a try, thanks for sharing

Topic: Cabbage soup

One of my favourite detox soup recipes, delicious and healthy.

Ingredients:

2 cups of sliced cabbages

2 stick of coriander which has been finely diced

1 onion also which is finely diced

2 garlic cloves which have been grinded well

1 cup of finely sliced spinach vegetables or any other green vegetable which is available.

1 cup of carrot which has also been chopped

2 cups of water

Half teaspoon of salt

Half a cup of lemon juice

1 teaspoon of natural oil e.g. coconut or whichever is available

You should wait it to heat and then add your onions, garlic, carrots, coriander, and your cabbages. Cook this for about 5 minutes with low heat and keep on stirring over and over again until you have a uniform color on your meal.

You should then add your spinach and water to your meal and increase the heat so it can boil while covered for about five minutes.

The next thing is to add your lemon to your and the green into blender and then blend it until it's smooth and creamy.

Topic: RE: Ham and Cheese Egg Cups

I tried a version of these they were simple to make. Taste real good also. My stomach could not handle them. Love eggs but since surgery eggs do not agree with me. I have tried eggs all different ways and I can keep them down. Hope eventually I can eat them.
