" I thought this was a call out for coffee shake recipes?? But I am seeing all sorts."  Actually TracyLynn althought it is a Coffee lovers Giveaway with CLICK, the requirements for this entry are simply for favorite shake receipe not your favorite Coffee shake receipe which is why there are all sort of other receipies on this thread.  :-)

My Favorite Shake receipe is Raspberry Green Tea Lemonade. I use 2 scoops Syntracs Nectar Roadside Lemonade protein powder, 16 oz Brewed Iced Green Tea, and 4 pumps Davinic Sugar Free Rasperry Suryp. Shake it all up in a Blender Bottle until mixed (usually 30 seconds).  Pour into an Ice tea glass,  add 5 green tea Ice Cubes (I always freeze 2 icecube trays worth of green tea everytime I brew a new pitcher, thisway my drinks don't ge****ered down in the summer) and Garnish with a lemon slice and a fresh rasberry.  If I have it available I will also add a straw and a paper umbrella to make it festive.

Topic: Hit me up with some baking recipes...

The rest of the family are hanging out for some home baking, which I can of course make them, but I thought it might be nice to make something sugar free, maybe more carb friendly that I might be able to have a small sliver of with a cup of tea.

In recipe-less when it comes to these, anyone have some good recipe recommendations?
