I have checked the ingredients in baked beans and see they use quite a bit of sugar. I don't want to experience the "dumping syndrome" so have not tried them. I purchased some Splenda brown sugar. Can I make my own baked beans using the Splenda brown sugar? Do you have any baked bean recipies that you enjoy which don't use sugar? Thanks ahead of time!
