AH HA, curosity got the best of you eh? LOL ALright, since you are here, you might as well, read what I have to say.... Today I did some experimenting....I made something that was very yummy....I took.... one box of sugar free white chocolate pudding one box of sugar free banana pudding mixed with 3 cups of milk...i use skim milk Put into fridge until thickened Take block of low fat cream cheese, softened...mixed with 1/2 cup splenda....cream together and spoon over pudding ....Top that with some sugar free cool whip.... * OPTIONAL * Garnish with slice of banana, kiwi, strawberry, few grapes, mandarian oranges...Your choice...or some granola, sunflower seeds, chopped roasted almonds..... * NOTE * Walmart now sells SUGAR FREE cool whip as well as the lite cool whip....The sugar free has 1 gram of fat, 3 carbs, 0 sugar....serving size is 2 T....its super yummy I also made some sugar free Peach jello, and will top that with some sugar free cool whip.... * optional * add fruit such as peaches, grapes, kiwi to the jello....or garnish top of cool whip with fruit.... I make mine in those small plastic one person serving size dishes with snap on lids...Great for grabbing one later for a snack....Good to toss in a cooler when you are out and about shopping and want a healthy snack...Good for vacations....or for company even...Kids will love it as well, and never know its sugar free....Be sure to take spoon along if you take outside of the house.... Oh and something else I am going to experiment with tonight....At walmart I bought this box of turkey patties called * Jennie O turkey store Premium white turkey burgers * Has anyone ever tried them? Well anyhoots, they are 1/3 rd pound burgers...They have 17 grams of fat ( they are not breaded )....0 sugar....0 carbs, and 27 grams of PROTEIN....i was concerned about the fat, so I called the 800 number and she said they werent breaded, nor precooked in oil.... I plan on putting mine on the grill tonight, with a dab of pizza sauce, or else some salsa....with some low fat motz cheese, few mushrooms....Guess one could add green peppers and onions if you wanted...Serve on lettuce leaf....Doesnt this sound just yummy....Of course I wont be eating the entire patty, but will save some for later...Theres 4 of these patties in the box...and I believe they were just over 3 dollars.... If you have tried them , please let me know how you liked them.....I also bought some cod fillets and plan on baking them in foil with some baby carrots...Any ideas on ways to garnish my fish ...I am not much for lemon on meats....Not really into tartar sauce....I do have some no fat I cant believe its not butter spray....perhaps that with some celery salt, onion powder? Hmmmm would appreciate some ideas....thanks... Ok, Ive blabbled long enough... P. S. You is a bad bad person for clicking on my posting when I said not too ....LOL, but glad you did anyways, as I like giving ideas, and getting suggestions and meeting new people and making friends....Ok am out of here...POOF !!!!

I discovered your recipes today and I'm thrilled. Now I can make goodies that I can eat and my husband won't feel that I'm depriving him. Poor man, there are very few goodies in our house and he so loves sweets. Those No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal cookies that you have posted as well will be in my fridge by tomorrow. Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou Kitty
