Feeling the Need for Pizza?
Pizza
1# ground meat
1TLB fresh basil (or 1 tsp dried)
1TLB fresh oregano (or 1 tsp dried)
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 pizza sauce
1 pkg. pepperoni
add -on toppings of your choice
2 cups pizza cheese
mix meat, spices and garlic together and place in 2"deep baking dish (I used 9x13), pushing meat up the sides to form a shell. Bake 350 oven for 40 minutes or until done but not dry. Drain off any excess grease. Put sauce, pepperoni and add on toppings, then spread cheese evenly on top. Bake 400 oven another 10-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
*Crustless Pizza*
1) about 2pds any ground meat(or soy)
2) about 16oz (any) shredded cheese
3) med size can or jar of low-carb pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
4) whatever pizza toppings, you like
Take a square or rectangle baking pan/dish, press all ground meat/soy, into dish, pretty thick, it will cook away. Put into oven-350 degrees, about 30mins.-1 hour, then drain.
Add pizza/spaghetti sauce & some cheese, then your favorite toppings, then the rest of the cheese, put back into oven & heat until cheese is melted (about 5 mins)
Very good! My DH even loves this!
Not sure of the nutritional info, or servings, which vary, maybe one of you could check, if you make this.
ALMOST PIZZA
1 LB GROUND ROUND (I USE 1.5 LB)
1 EGG
1 TSP ITALIAN SEASONING (I LEAVE THIS OUT-DIDN'T HAVE)
1 JAR PIZZA SAUCE
FAVORITE TOPPINGS AS DESIRED
MOZZARELLA CHEESE (I USE KRAFT PIZZA CHEESE BLEND)
Mix first 3 ingredients and press into bottom of cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until done. Turn oven to broil and brown to your liking-this is your crust. (watch carefully-it only takes a couple minutes!)
Remove from oven and drain any grease that may have cooked out (i also pat with paper towels).
Cover with pizza sauce, your favorite toppings; put cheese on last. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted. (if oven is still on broil, watch carefully! it only takes 2-3 minutes!)
Flatbread Pizza
1/2 piece Light Flatbread (Wal-Mart has) and it is very thin, spread pizza sauce on it, mozz cheese and turkey pepperoni. Placed in micro for 45-60 sec. Take out and roll up like, well just roll it up and eat...It was so good and satisfied my addiction. I bought it at Wal-Mart in the deli section in front of where they sell deli meats and cheese, etc. It is called The original Carbdown light Flat out. Made with 100% stone ground whole wheat....
Tortilla Pizza
Use the carb select flour tortilla (I used wheat ones-didn't like very well, I am not a big wheat person)
Laid flat in oven to 'crisp it up' 350 degrees for about 3-5 min
Made the 'normal' pizza, sauce, olives, pep, cheese
Put it in the oven until done and you could even pick it up like a pizza and eat it without it collapsing on you.
Eggplant pizza - I don't measure the ingredients because you basically use however much you like.
1 Eggpant
Cheese Slices - Mozzarella or Provolone
Tomato
Fresh Basil
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
1. Slice eggplant in 1-2 thick slices
2. Drizzle with Olive Oil
3. Cut tomato in thin slices and place on each eggplant slice
4. Add fresh basil, salt and pepper
5. Cover with cheese slice
Take baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil. Lay each eggplant pizza about 1 inch apart. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until eggplant is tender and cheese is melted. Time it takes to bake will depend on thickness of each slice of eggplant. Nutritious and delicious - can be used as an appetizer at parties or as meal.
Pizza Muffins
1 lb. lean ground meat -- sausage, turkey or beef
1/2 cup fat free mozzerella cheese
1/3 to 1/2 cup pizza or pasta sauce (check sugar content)
6 turkey pepperonis, cut into small pieces
2 eggs
Brown the mean and mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Spray muffin pan with
non-stick spray and spoon mixture into pan. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 325 for 25 minutes or until egg is set and muffins are slightly browned.
PIZZA
serves aprox. 20-25 2oz servings.
FOR THE CRUST
4 oz cream cheese
3 eggs
1/3 c whipping cream
1/4 c grated cheese
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 cups Sargento Italian grated cheese (prepackaged)
TOPPING
tomato sauce
mozzarella cheese
ham etc. sausage etc. veggies etc.
Beat cream cheese with eggs. Add whipping cream, parmesean, oregano and garlic powder. Mix with beaters. Spray a 9x13 glass pan with pam. Sprinkle 2 cups of Sargento cheese into the dish and pour egg mixture over it. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Then top with tomato sauce, mozzarella and all the legal fixins. Sprinkle with basil garlic and oregano and put back in oven until it's bubbly about 20-25 minutes.
As Good as Pizza
low carb garlic and herb tortillas
pizza sauce
mozzarella cheese
pepperoni
parmesan cheese
small amount of oil
Put small amount of oil in frying pan.
Toast tortilla. Make sure to toast both sides.
Apply pizza sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes (depending on oven).
Bake until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven, allow to cool some.

I first toasted the tortilla in a skillet with a bit of Pam spray. I toasted both sides until they were nice and crisy. I bought low carb tomato flavored tortillas from Cub Foods. Husband tried it and thought it was delicious. I also used Contadina pizza squeeze, fresh tomatoes, turkey pepperoni, green onions, mushrooms and olives and boy was it good!
Low Carb Deep Dish Pizza
4-oz cream cheese
3 eggs
1/3 cup cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup of mozzarella cheese
Toppings of your choosing:

browned sausage or seasoned ground beef
additional parmesan cheese for topping
Beat together cream cheese and eggs till smooth. Add
cream, parmesan cheese, and spices and mix again.
Spray 9x13 casserole dish with PAM. Sprinkle 2 cups Italian cheeses into dish and pour egg mixture over it. Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Spread on pizza sauce, sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and pile with your favorite toppings. Then sprinkle with more parm cheese. Return to oven and bake till bubbly and browning. Allow to stand 10 minutes before cutting.
For a crispier crust, bake at 400 for 20 min then broil it for about another 3-4 min. Then add the cheese and toppings, cooked again at 400 for about 15 min, and then put it under the broiler again for another 4 min to crisp up the pepperoni and veggies...
DEEP DISH QUICHE PIZZA
1 4-oz pkg cream cheese
? 4 eggs
? 1/3 cup heavy cream
? 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (fresh grated)
? 1 Tablespoons chives
? 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
? 2 cups mixed Italian cheeses of your choice
? 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
? 1/2 cup Newman's Sockarooni sauce, Lowcarbolicious pizza sauce
(or other very low-carb tomato-based no-sugar sauce.)
Plus any or all of the following "toppings":
? pepperoni
? black olives
? mushrooms
? chopped green peppers
? chopped onion
? ham or bacon bits
? browned, seasoned and totally drained ground beef or turkey
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add cream, parmesan cheese, and spices and mix again.
Spray 9" or larger glass baking dish with oil or PAM. Sprinkle 2 cups Italian cheeses into dish and pour egg mixture over it. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
Spread on pizza sauce; sprinkle on 1 cup mozzarella cheese and pile high with your chosen toppings. Return to oven and bake until bubbly and browning. Allow to stand 10-15 minutes before cutting.
Serves 6. 5 carbs per serving without toppings.
Crustless Pizza
3 cups Egg Beaters
2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheese
Suggested Toppings:
Reduced Fat Cheese
Turkey Pepperoni
Diced Bell Peppers
Mushrooms
Onions
In a bowl mix egg beaters, parmesan cheese, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with light cooking spray, sprinkle the reduced fat shredded cheese on the bottom of the pan. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and bake at 350 for about 15 or until golden.
Remove from oven; allow to cool a few minutes, then top with sauce and your favorite toppings. Once your topping are applied, bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
REAL EASY PIZZA-
Slice a tomato (thick slices), place 2 slices in a pan and top with mozzerella, provolone or whatever kind of cheese your pizza needs. Spinkle a little garlic powder and oregano over that cheese. Now place the pan under a 500* broiler and let coo****il it is melted to your desire. Place slices onto a large cheese cracker (like the kind Susan Maria sells on bariatriceating.com) and enjoy!
Takes all of 6 minutes prep and cook
