Bleu Cheese Meatballs
I made these Sunday and they were the "bomb". They smell great and I baked them instead of frying them. I put a little olive oil in the pan and baked them. What a delicious taste treat. I was only able to eat 1 and a half but I have some more for the rest of the week.
My sister and I thought of a "cool" idea. Mix a little buffalo sauce -1/2 cup Frank's Hot Sauce with 2 tblspns butter, microwave and swish the meatballs in the sauce. You would have Buffalo-Spicy Blue Cheese Balls.
