Protein Chocolate Supreme
1-2 scoops protein powder
1 scoop Swiss Miss® with Splenda®, or
1 scoop of sugar- and fat-free Jell-O® pudding
1 cup (8 oz.) skim, 1% or 2% milk
Mix in shaker.
Chocolate Yogurt Delight
1-2 scoops chocolate protein powder
8 oz. carton Dannon Lite® yogurt - Cappucino, White Chocolate Raspberry or Vanilla
Stir to mix until well blended, approximately 1 minute. Chill or enjoy immediately.
Vanilla Yogurt Delight
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
8 oz. carton Dannon Lite® yogurt - Lemon Chiffon, Strawberry Banana or Vanilla
Stir to mix until well blended, approximately 1 minute. Chill or enjoy immediately.
Chocolate Supreme
1-2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 scoop of Nestle's Quick® no sugar added powder or
1 scoop of Jell-O® sugar- and fat-free pudding
8 oz. Lactaid® or soy milk
Mix in shaker.
Pineapple Orange Piña Colada
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
6 oz. Dole Pineapple-Orange® 100% unsweetened juice or orange pineapple beverage of choice
Mix briefly in shaker. If you wish, serve with lemon twist.
Protein Punch
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
½ cup (4 oz.) Ocean Spray Wellfleet Farms® 100% juice containing cranberry, granny
smith apple and grape juice or "light" juice of choice
Mix briefly in shaker.
Egg Nog
? 1 cup evaporated skim milk
? 1 carton egg substitute, liquid
? 1 pinch nutmeg or cinnamon
? 3 packets sugar substitute
? 1 tsp vanilla
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on low speed until well blended
Mock Bloody Mary
1 ½ cup low sodiumV-8®
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 cup ice cubes
½ cup cucumber
¼ tsp chili powder
4 cucumber slices
(Optional) ½ to 1 scoop of unflavored protein powder
In a covered blender, combine the first 4 ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add protein powder, if desired, and blend again. (If too thick, add a little more V-8 juice. Add ice cubes, 1 at a time, blending until finely crushed. Pour immediately into a chilled glass. Garnish with cucumber slices if desired.
Tofu Smoothie
1/3 cup quartered fresh blueberries
½ cup light vanilla soy milk
2 Tbsp pineapple juice concentrate
½ cup soft silken tofu
1 frozen banana, sliced
Combine the blueberries, soymilk and tofu in the blender. Add the banana and pineapple juice. Blend until smooth.
Orange Protein Drink
1 cup low sugar orange juice or orange flavored beverage
½ cup ice cubes
2 tbsp Cool Whip Light®
1 scoop of nonfat dry milk or protein powder (vanilla or orange)
Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until completely smooth and protein powder is mixed thoroughly.
Yogurt Smoothies
1 8-oz. container of nonfat, sugar-free fruit-flavored yogurt
1 scoop protein powder, or nonfat dry milk
a dash of vanilla extract may be added for flavor
Place contents in blender and blend until completely smooth and protein powder is
completely mixed.
Chocolate Shake
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
½ -1 cup skim milk (to make consistency of your choice)
2 tbsp sugar-free cocoa
3 ice cubes
3 packets sugar substitute
½ tsp vanilla
Place all ingredients in blender and blend for approximately 2 minutes, or until ice cubes are melted.
Variations of the Chocolate Shake:
Chocolate Mocha: Substitute 1 ½ tsp instant coffee and ½ cup mocha extract for the vanilla.
Chocolate Cherry: Substitute 1 capful cherry extract a splash of cherry SF syrup for the vanilla.
Chocolate Mint: Substitute ¼ capful mint extract a splash of mint flavored SF syrup for the vanilla.
Chocolate Coconut: Substitute 1 capful coconut extract or a splash of coconut SF syrup for the vanilla.
Chocolate Rum Coconut: Substitute 1 capful rum extract or a splash of rum flavored SF syrup and ½ capful coconut extract or a splash of coconut SF syrup for the vanilla.
