Chinese Marinade
1 cup lite soy sauce
1/4 to 1/2 cup packed Splenda brown sugar
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (I used light tasting olive oil.)
1 heaping teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
2 teaspoons of minced garlic
I marinade my meat choice for 2-3 hours in the frig using a Ziploc bag but you can marinade up to 6-8 hours.
We grill pork steaks/chops after marinating them in this. It was wonderful!! We highly recommend it! This is also very good with chicken, shrimp and scallops.
