Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

broiled tilapia parmesan 1 1/2 T parmesan cheese 2 1/4 tsp. butter 1 3/4 tsp mayo 1 t. lemon juice 1/8 tsp dried basil 1/8 tsp black pepper 1/8 tsp onion powder 1.8 tsp celery salt 6 oz. tilapia Preheat broiler and line a pan with tin foil. Mix together parmesan, butter, mayo, lemon juice, basil, pepper, onion powder and celery salt. Broil fillet 3 minutes on each side. Remove and cover with parm mixture. Broil 2-4 minutes more until topping is browned or fish flakes. 26 grams of protein in 3 oz. serving
