Need Recipe for Hummus
I love this stuff. Does anyone have a recipe for this that is lower in fat, higher in protein and tastes great?!?!?!?
Pre-op, I eat it with bagel crisps. They have the texture of melba toast and taste better in my opinion (and I even like melba toasts). Any better for me suggestions?

Hummus is sooo easy.
Throw 2 drained cans of chick peas in a food processor
add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of olive oil
3 or 4 tablespoons of water
2 tsp of cummin
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
add salt and pepper to taste.
blend the stuff up until the consistency you like (you may add more oil if you like but it adds additional fat and calories.)
I eat this all the time on cucumber slices.
