I use fitday.com and I wanted to enter the complete nutrition info for one of the peanut butter protein balls that I got on this site. Omigosh, they are so good! Here's the recipe that I use: Protein Poppers 1 C. protein powder 1 C. non-fat dry milk 1 C. peanut butter Cocoa powder 2 tbsp water ½ C. ground flax seed Splenda to taste Mix protein powder, milk powder, and peanut butter. When totally mixed, add flax. Pu****er in bowl on side; make one inch balls, dipping fingers into water if too sticky. In separate bowl, mix splenda and cocoa. Roll each ball in cocoa mixture. Chill one hour before eating. Apprx. 10 grams of protein per ball. I am not sure who posted this, but if I could possibly get the complete nutrition info on these so that I could add it to my daily nutrition info, I would be greatly appreciative! Thanks for any help! Jen Halliday

What you will probably have to do is add up all the ingredients yourself. Write down the fat, cals, pro, carbs, etc for EACH thing that you use. Then add all the protein together, the carbs together, the fats, etc.....then divide by how many poppers you make. This will give you the individual stats for each popper.
