Nutritional info on Taco Soup Recipe?

Does anyone have the nutritional stats on the Taco Soup Recipe. Im most interested in knowing how much protein would be in a half a cup. Thanks.

WHICH ONE DO YOU HAVE.THIS IS THE ONE I GOT Taco Soup 2 lbs ground beef 1 large onion, chopped 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes, diced 1 (16 ounce) can pinto beans, undrained 1 (16 ounce) can black beans, undrained 1 envelope dry ranch dressing mix 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes & chilies or Old El Paso tomatoes & chilies 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, undrained 2 (7 ounce) cans white shoepeg corn, undrained 2 envelopes taco seasoning mix taco cheese, Finely shredded tortilla chips, crushed 12 servings Brown meat and onions. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese and chips. If soup seems too thick, add 1 cup water. Simmer, covered for 30 to 45 minutes. Spoon into bowls. Sprinkle cheese and chips on top. Serve while hot. Marylyn, Thanks for the reply. Mine is actually a slightly different version. Here it is: 1 lb. ground turkey 1 large sweet onion, chopped 1 large can whole kernel corn 1 small can peas 1 large can kidney beans 1 envelope taco seasoning 1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix 1 quart tomato juice 1 can diced tomatoes Directions: 1. Cook onion in pan 2. Brown turkey in the pan with the onion 3. Rinse and drain all the beans 4. Add all ingredients together in pan and cook for one hour Notes: 1. Yields twenty cups 2. One point per cup in Weigh****chers point system

if im doing it right.im getting 7.36 per cup and 1/2 will be 3.68
