This is a variation of a recipe that I got off of here. I am so sorry that I can't remember who posted it. I added the pro powder and I think it's great. Ricotta Protein Bars 1 square unsweetened chocolate 1/3 c. plus 2 T. peanut butter Melt together in the microwave. Stir in: 1/4 c. Splenda Granular 2 scoops protein powder (I use the IDS chocolate) 1/3 c. Ricotta cheese Mix well and shape into a round flat disc about 6 inches across. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill until hardened. Cut into 12 pie shaped wedges. Stats approx 18 grams pro/each 98 calories/each

The only thing that I question about the recipe is the size of your protein powder's scoop. I have had several different protein powders and they all seem to come with different size scoops. Would you be so kind as to post if it equals (the two scoops) a 1/4c or 1/3 c etc? Your recipe sounds real good and a lot of protein for the amount of calories.

It is about 1/2 c. equivalent for the scoop in my pro powder. I know what you mean, it is aggrivating at times. And then, have you found a neat use for these - the dozens of them hanging around. I hate to just throw them away!

I usually keep one of each of the measuring cups around from my protein powders (I buy like 3 different kinds and each has its own measure size) because I have found that I sometimes cannot find the one that is supposed to come with the containers. Sometimes I have found that the cup is buried down near the bottom of the big tub and there have been other times that one never made it into the tub during production. I also will sometimes take a throw away container (old cottage cheese of one of those Gladware ones) of the powder to work and then I have an exact measure for the spare container that I take. If you recycle I do believe that they can be thrown into the recycle bin.
