Protein Powders/Bars

Can you please drop me a note and tell me which protein powders or bars you have been happy using? I find I am having a bit of trouble with my current protein powder because I mix it with milk and I think that's what is bothering me. Also - where can I purchase your fav. powder/bar and do they charge a high cost for shipping and handling? Thanks a bunch. Dot

I buy my protein shakes and bars at Wal-mart. I get the ready mixed shakes by Atkins. They have choc. vanilla and strawberry. They come 4 to a pack and cosy $4,95. I also buy the atkins protein bars. I like being able to go and get what I need and not pay the higher prices of some prtein shakes and bars. Cindy

I go to Deals an out let store for my protein bars. They have all kinds for 29 cents each you just have to watch the expiration date. If I cannot find the kind I want there I go to Wal Mart. I buy bio-plex protein powder at GNC or some other local health food stores. about 50 dollars for 10 pounds. I watch cause sometimes cheaper at one store one month and cheaper somewhere else another.
