OMG I cant believe it still lives!!! I actually do not have the recipes any more I printed them then deleted them. I am sure if you email Heather she will email them to you! Keep your head up the soup stage doesnt last forever!! THANK GOD!!! lol I ate only soup for like 6 months lol. Good luck!!! Dawn
