Sugar Free Powdered "Sugar"
At first, this really caught my attention. But then I wondered how 2 cups of corn starch could result in a low-carb alternative to powdered sugar. I found this information by clicking on the ingredient links on recipes from recipezaar.com.

I am not so sure what benefit would be gained by this particular sugar-free substitution. I understand that I may be totally missing something!
Thanks for posting the recipe. I don't keep powdered sugar around but I do keep corn starch around, so it is great to have an alternative to powdered sugar!
