Hot Artichoke Dip
2 large cans artichoke hearts, quartered
1 c lf mayo
1 T garlic powder
shake or two of paprika
1 c grated Parmesan
3 dashes hot sauce (optional)
Mix all and place in greased 1 qt casserole. Bake 20-25 mins at 350. Serve with crackers of choice--we like Melba toast rounds.
