Texas "Fudge"

Texas "Fudge" 13 oz jar pickled jalapenos, seeded, stemmed, and chopped (or to taste!) 1 lb. grated lf cheddar or jack or combo of both 6 eggs, beaten Mi 1st 2 ingredients in greased 13 x 9 pan. Pour beaten eggs over all. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350. Cool slightly and cut into squares to serve.
