BAKED RICOTTA
I have never madethis recipe. Iam not a big fan of riccotta cheese. However, I thought those on a soft diet might want to try it.
BAKED RICOTTA
1lb. Ricotta Cheese
4 eggs
5-6 packets of Splenda
Rind & juice of 1/3 lemon
1/4 jigger of rum
In large bowl, blend cheese, sugar and eggs.
Add lemon juice and grated rind. Add rum.
Pour into small baking pan (ungreased)
Bake at 325 deg. for 45 minutes.
