any suggestions?
I have a question about my new healthy diet. I am 3mo post-op and I can eat anything (no dumping at all). I need help with picking the "right" foods to eat. The best thing for me is to follow an actual written meal menu. I'm single and live alone, so I only need to shop & cook for one.
I know this forum offers many recipes, but I'm not really looking for 1 specific recipe. I'm really looking for any good websites & books (or magazines) with menus and recipes for bariatric patients that are inexpensive & easy to prepare.
So, any suggestions?
Thanx alot!

How much have you lost?? You can go to dietfacts.com and find out how much fat, protein etc is in foods and if you go out to eat they also have a restaurant guide too. It is a neat website. I would go to your doctor or to a support group and ask about different diets. I eat ALOT of protein, veggies and barley any carbs. Feel free to e-mail me any questions.
