Leigh Ann, here's my recipe. I need lotsa fiber to keep me regular. These taste pretty good, too.

High Fiber Protein Balls
1 cup protein powder - unflavored or chocolate if you prefer
1 cup Power Butter
1 cup rolled oats
2 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
1/2 cup SF 'honey'
2 pkgs Splenda
Mix all above ingredients very well. Roll into walnut-sized balls.
Roll in:
1/2 cup ground peanuts and 1/4 cup oatmeal (I 'process' them together.)
