Does anyone know of a S/F substitute for 10X sugar? My sister is making homemade bonbons and wants to make some sugar free. Thanks!!! See you lighter. Joanne

You can take splenda and corn starch to make 10x sugar. I am not sure of the exact amounts as I am at work and don't have the book with me. It is in the splenda cookbook. You may be able to find it on the SPlenda webpage. Good luck.

Hi, Joanne! If you go to Splenda's website, go to the recipes and you'll find the right ratio of Splenda to cornstarch. BTW, Hammond is my maiden name!! Mary

Mary, Where are you originally from? You never know my husband may be related to you. Thanks! I got the ratio. See you lighter. Joanne

go to bariatriceating.com and get the powdered natures crystals. Wonderful stuff. Their brown sugar and crystal sugar works great in cookies. Made a unbelieveable pecan pie with the crystals. Works better than splenda. Sometimes splenda doesn't give the right consistency for cookies. Blessings, Tami
