i'm not really sure about any real example meals but i general try to eat about 2-2.5 ounces of meat, 1/4 veggies, 1/4 cooked/canned fruit with each meal. i have many great recipes that are good in protein and low carb...if you're interested i can email you a list of my menu items and you can see if anything sounds good and i'll email you those recipes steph 350/155/150

Dear Steph, Congratulations on your weight loss Did you lose all that weight this year? I had my surgery on July 29, 2005. I started at 354 pounds and I now weigh 261. I am interested in some menu items as well. Please send me an email as well. Thanks, Kathy

That is fantastice news!! I agree this is so amazing to lose weight like this. I spoke with my sister yesterday (she doesn't seem to comprehend what I have told her about the procedure) and she kept asking me how I was doing on my "diet". Am I still losing or am I gaining it back like I always do? I replied that I was 7 pounds away from being 100 pounds lighter and she was speechless. She then stated "Well, I guess your diet is working". I can't seem to get her to understand I am not following a diet, per se. Thank you for agreeing to send me a copy of your "menu" list also. I am still trying to find what will agree with my stomach or not and I have to break the habit of wanting to drink while I eat or right before I eat. Stay warm and snuggly in this cold weather. Hugs, Kathy

Dear Steph, I just visited your profile. What beautiful pictures of you and your husband. I am so glad you were able to work out the problems in your marriage. I will be praying for your recovery from surgery and your upcoming surgery. Jack is adorable. My dogs name is Buster Brown. He weighs 80 pounds. He is my husbands big baby. Buster has been known to sneak into bed in the middle of the night when I visit the "necessary" room. He has learned to pull the covers over himself after he lays his head on my pillow. My husband thinks it is an adorable trick. I do to in the morning but not at 3 am. Enjoy you holidays, Kathy

Hi Steph, I am 4 weeks out and I am having trouble with getting my protein in that I need. I would love some different menu ideas and recipes that would make it a bit easier for me to reach my protein. I am also having trouble getting enough calories and fluid in so high calorie recipe won't be a problem. Thanks so much and congrats on the wonderful weight loss! Jennifer V.
