These aren't so much recipes as concoctions, but they worked for me pretty well:
Mexi-Mix
1/4 c. ff refried black beans, heated and slightly cooled, to which I'd mix in 10-20 grams unflavored (Unjury) protein.
Stir in 1-2 T. ricotta cheese, 1 T. mild salsa, and a quarter or so of chopped avocado.
This is pretty yummy.
Italian Mix
3-6 meatless meatballs (find 'em at health food stores)
Drop these in a big mug or bowl. Top with 1-2 T. of ricotta, cover all with roasted red pepper and tomato soup. Heat in the microwave. This is a quick and easy work lunch if you need one.
