SF Pecan Pie Sugar-free Pecan Pie Makes one 9-inch pie Prepare your favorite pie crust. I like to add 1 teaspoon cinnamon to the flour. Preheat over to 350 degrees. Ingredients: 4 eggs 1 1/3 cup Splenda dash salt 1 cup Log Cabin Sugar Free syrup (I use Log Cabin because it is sweetened with Splenda) 1/3 cup melted butter 1 cup pecan halves Beat thoroughly eggs, Splenda, salt, syrup, and butter. Pour into the unbaked pie shell. Arrange pecan halves on top of pie mixture. Bake about 50 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between center and crust comes out clean. Cool and enjoy!

Hi Anita: Have you made this recipe before? I want to make a SF pecan pie for Thanksgiving. I have made recipes from the Splenda website and have been dissapointed, just wondering if you have made this and its good. Thanks, Kelly S

Hi Kelly, Yes I made this pecan pie last year to bring to my parents house for thanksgiving. no one knew the difference. It pretty much does taste the same and looks the same when it is done baking. and yes it is very good.

I used the receipe at bariatriceating.com, used a sugar called nature crystals (from bariatric eating). This pie was just like the real thing, carmelly, sweet. No one could tell it was sf! I don't like to bake with splenda alot, seems to ruin alot of things, not sweet enough. Try this, Carolyn, you will love it! Blessings, Tami
