Hi, I just wanted to thank you for putting this recipe up on the board. I made it last night and LOVE it, so does my husband. We both had RNY and are always looking for something different especially in the snack department. You wouldn't by chance have any idea what the stats are on this protein snack? Calories, protein amount etc? I made mine with chocolate powder and Skippy's Super Chunk PB because that is all I buy and loved them. Of course it also depends on what powder you use as to the amount of protein. By the way where do you buy sf honey? Christine B

I have found sugar-free honey at Walmart -- in the honey section.

Jane thank you for the info. I have looked in all my local food and specialty stores (Wholefoods & health food stores). I was just in Wal-Mart and did not even think to look there. Is it actual honey?

Hi, Does anyone know how long these would last before they would spoil? I bought my sugarfree honey at walmart also but I haven't tried it yet. I was waiting on a recipe and this is the perfect one. I will try it tonight when I get home. Thanks, Kathleen

If you mean before they spoil? I could not tell you because in my house they are gone in about 1 1/2 weeks. Make sure that your refridgerate them after they are made, this helps keep them from flattening out into a blob and they remain in a round ball. I am going to guess also that it has something to do with the fact that the ingredients will start to spoin real fast if left out at room temp. Enjoy.
