Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup shredded Low Fat cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Low Fat Monterey jack cheese
Directions
Mix ground beef, onions, garlic salt, and red pepper. Form into balls and brown on all sides until
no longer pink in the middle. Serve on a plate with both kinds of shredded cheese sprinkled on
top. Yummy!
