WLS Friendly ****tail Sauce?

Anyone have a recipe (or product reommendation) for a WLS friendtly ****tail sauce and/or tarter sauce?

Fat Free Tartar sauce 1 c. fat free sour cream 1/2 tsp dill (fresh or dry) to taste 1 tbsp finely chopped onion 1 tbsp finely chopped dill pickle thin with a small amt of dill pickle juice

hi Stephen, I have been using "italian rose" ****tail sauce its natural with no added sugar....i buy it at walmart it's next to the fish counter with the smoked salmon and crab dips...etc....(chilled) I started using this early postop to help the fish go down smoothly. good luck, Audra 384/154/150

For ****tail sauce use 1/3 cup of sugar free ketcup and 1 tsp horseradish and mix together. Jackie

Mix SF ketcup and horseradish to taste ... add a couple of drops of Worsthershire sauce for a bit more zing
