SOur Cream Chicken!!!

Sour Cream Chicken 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut in strips (I used the chicken breast tenders I get at Costco) 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup 16 oz sour cream, fat free or light 1 package onion soup mix Cook in crock pot for 5-7 hours on low or 3-5 hours on high. I cooked it on low for over 12 hours and the chicken was falling apart, yum.

I made this the other day and it was great! I used a package of oninon/mushroom soup instead. It tasted just like stroganoff. I put a few baby red potatoes in too and used the sauce as gravy. Next time I'm going to try it over noodles and have stroganoff. Jennifer
