RECIPE-African Peanut Butter Punch WLS Style
Hi All,
This is a rendention to adapt to our way of eating I will first post what is normally used in this recipe and then the WLS way. I hope you like my tweeked recipe!

Normal NON WLS recipe
(Although u could make this one and replace sugar with Art. Sweetner) just less protein that way!
1 can evaporated milk
vanilla extract
peanut butter
nutmeg
sugar
cinnamon (optional)

OK here is the WLS way
Vanilla Protein Shake (add milk or water)
vanilla extract
peanut butter
nutmeg
cinnamon(optional)
Notice NO SUGAR (cause the shake is already sweetend) you could always use SPLENDA or whatever art. sweetner u like if not sweet enough. Use peanut butter to taste. Add more if u like it less if u don't. Place all ingredients in blender and mix till well blended. Add Ice and enjoy.
TIP: Use fresh nutmeg! But the other stuff will do in a pinch
