No Bake Cheesecake
I use this recipe a lot. Don't know the numbers on it. This way I have a treat and no one else knows I'm not cheating.
Mix with Mixer:
2 (16oz) containers of fat free sour cream
2 (8 oz) pks. of fat free cream cheese
then mix in by hand:
3 pks. of s/f instant vanillia pudding (1 at a time) This gets very thick.
add some vanillia to your taste.
Pour into your favorite crust and chill.
I have used lemon juice and/or lime juice for a different flavor. My crust I just melt some butter in a pan and then top off with flax meal and pat down before adding the cheesecake. Everyone who has tried it loves it.
