Hi Wendy....i hardly ever fry my wings. I marinate the wings...use whatever marinate you like and they I put them in a large baking pan and bake them for about 30 to 45 minutes at 375. When there done put them in a bowl, then you can put your favorite hot wing sause on them. sometimes I will put them back in the oven to let the sauce bake in. I don't know if you have it or not but we have a Texas Pete Buffalo wing barbecue sauce. Its really good if you can get it. There is not mixing. You can put it on your barbecue chicken too.
