Hot Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup
My husband and son have been sick with the flu/bronchitis so I made a big pot of this. I know that the egg noodles aren't the best for us but...
3 cans of chicken broth
2 pounds of cooked and cubed chicken
1/2 pound of minature carrots
4-5 large celery stocks, diced
1 small bag of egg noodles
4-5 chicken boullion
4 c of water
salt and pepper to taste
parsley to add flavor
I put all of the ingredients in a dutch oven and slowly cooked all afternoon...3-4 hours. It was delicious and my guys ate over half of the pot!
