Shrimp salad

Shrimp salad * 1 pound cooked peeled shrimp, finely chopped * 1 1/2 cups finely chopped lettuce * 3/4 cup chopped celery * 1/2 cup minced onions * 2 tablespoons chopped sweet green peppers * 2 tablespoons chopped sweet red peppers * 1/4 cup chopped green onions * 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish (optional) * 2 tablespoons ketchup or chili sauce * 2 teaspoons prepared mustard * 1 tablespoon soy sauce * 1 cup mayonnaise PREPARATION: Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Chill several hours. Serve on salad greens or in party sandwiches. Serves 6 to 8. Enjoy Terri

This sounds divine. I'm still in the liquid only phase of my recovery but this sounds like something great to make. I just read it to my hubby and he said he can't wait to try it. We both love shrimp and it's something we can share together. Thanks

oh god I am on liquids and the thought of that shrimp salad is making me crazy I cannot wait to try it, but I have a question, do you use regular mayo? Thanks, Kelly Z
