Girl! You must have read my mind - or I read yours! This is melissa from the Texas Board. I came here looking for smoothie recipes, as I start my full liquids diet tomorrow and I want so VARIETY.

Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
Makes 4 Servings
3 1/3 cups Carb Countdown? Fat Free Dairy Beverage*
1 pkg. (4-serving size) sugar free, fat free double chocolate instant pudding and pie mix
2 T. creamy peanut butter
Recipe Arrow Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on medium speed for about a minute. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.

Berry Smoothie
Makes 1 Serving
1/2 cup Hood Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup Hood 1% Lowfat Milk
2 tablespoons sugar* (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries or strawberries
Recipe Arrow Put cottage cheese, skim milk, sugar, vanilla, and frozen berries in a blender or food processor.
Recipe Arrow Blend 1 minute or until smooth.
Recipe Arrow Serve immediately.
Per serving (with sugar): 277 calories; 19 grams protein; 2 grams fat; 1 gram saturated fat; 44 grams carbohydrates; 2 grams fiber
