Chocolate Peanut Butter IceCream Pie

Its very easy and makes 2 pies. Ingredients 2 store bought graham cracker crusts 1/3 to 1/2 cup of cruchy peanut butter 1/2 gallon of lowfat sugar free chocolate Ice cream 8 oz tub of Cool Whip Free Soften the ice cream and cool whip free. When Ice cream is soft you stir in the peanut butter. Its your choice whether to use 1/2 cup or 1/3 ...my mom likes the peanut butter so she uses 1/3. Once mixed well you stir in the cool whip free. Just lightly stir or fold it in. Dont beat it to death. Pour mixture into your 2 pie crusts and re-freeze. When you serve it you may add an extra dallop of cool whip free if you like. Enjoy
