Tuna Frappe recipe
RNY on 12/19/16
This has been great for my pureed foods part of after surgery care.
Tuna Frappe*
5 hard boiled eggs
4 cans of water packed tuna
1Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp mustard
pickle juice to taste (I added 1Tbsp)
Combine all ingredients in blender & blend until smooth with no lumps.
__________
The recipe's huge because I have no patience for just making up 1 can of tuna at a time.
*Frappe was the highest setting on my old blender :)

Did you leave the water from the canned tuna in? I'm actually kinda terrified of the pureed meats concept... sounds vile. But I'm going to have to do it, so I'm hunting for good recipes.
