My new favorite breakfast-overnight oats with caramel premier
Try maple exctract with the vanilla...totally good! Not as sweet as the caramel, but I still like it. I've done vanilla and added frozen blueberries too. You will become addicted!
Yesterday I made a pudding with chocolate premier, chia seeds and fat and sugar free pudding mix.
makes 2 servings (for me)
1 premier protein
3tbs chia seeds
1/2 low fat/sugar pudding or mousse mix.
i would beat the pudding mix and premier, then add the chia seeds. Stir after about an hour or two so the seeds do t clump too badly. Next day stir and enjoy...amazeballs!
it thickens but not really thick, but still tastes awesome!
