Great Recipe Website!
A colleague shared with me the website skinnytaste.com. I hadn't heard of it, but it's wonderful! You can search by recipe types (gluten-free, low carb, pressure cooker, slow cooker....) and each recipe has a picture and nutrition info too. I'm thinking of trying the reuben stuffed pork tenderloin (or maybe with chicken instead) this weekend, though I might try to reduce the fat content a bit more.

I'm waiting for my turkey meatloaf to come out of the oven, but it smells great! I made them into minis so i can freeze them for the week. Do you have a favorite or go-to recipe?

I have 2 go-to recipes...portobello pizza and mozzarella crust pizza. Both of these are easy peazy, quick to make, and quite delicious.
