Does anyone have a hot chocolate recipe low or sugar free.

Swiss miss has a diet one or no sugar added one. I also make one with pumpkin in it that eggface has on her blog and count it as a snack.

This is a good basic single-serve recipe and all you need to do is substitute your sweetener of choice. If you don't want to do all milk, you could do 1/2 milk, 1/2 water.

I use Syntrax chocolate truffle protein powder and add a packet of Swiss Miss light (used to be called diet) - it is only 25 calories. I mix both in about 4 oz. cold water first to dissolve and then add about 8 oz. of ho****er to that. For 125 calories I get a tasty 12 oz. of hot cocoa protein goodness!



5' 4" tall, HW: 242, SW:215.4 Weight Loss - pre-op: - 26.6, M1: -15.4, M2: -16, M3: -11.4, M4: -11.2, M5: -12.2, M6: -7.4, M7: -7.8, M8: -2.0 Goal of 130 lbs. reached at 8 months, 2 days post-op!
