omg So good.  I put them in the mini loaf pan- I got idea from someone on Pinterest . It was just enough to fill me up without being overly stuffed.   Yummy

I really enjoy it too!  I've made it twice, and portioned it up into small dishes, popped them in the freezer, and then heat them up in the late afternoon at work for a snack.  It carries me through to dinner great.

That recipe has literally been my savior during my mushy phase! I make it once a week and have it for lunch or dinner at least 4 times a week!
