Eating puree food isn't terrible, I love Greek Yogurt, cottage cheese, I puree whatever I fix my family for dinner, the taste really doesn't change with consistency. I have been craving something with a Mexican flare. Made the Black Bean Soup, took 30 minutes total, my only extra was a can of petite diced tomatoes. Pureed all of it with an emulsion blender. Amazing, warm zesty and satisfying.
