Sugar-free, Fat-free Cheesecake

1-1/2 cups skim milk

1 package fat-free cream cheese

1 package sugar-free vanilla instant pudding

Put the milk in a blender with the cream cheese and blend until the cheese is dissolved.

Then pour in the dry instant pudding mix and mix for about 30 seconds, just until it is blended.

Pour into a pie plate and it is set and ready to eat in 5 minutes, but better in the refrigerator for a few hours.

You can use a graham cracker crust for others, but I never eat the crust part.  Cut into eight servings, this is about 30 calories a serving.

I have made this for several years, I have taken sugar free preserves....strawberry, blackberry, peach and emusified them for a fruity drizzle on the cheesecake.

Also, I have added vanilla protein powder to this to bump the protein.  Blends just fine, still tastes great.

I been trying this out and it suits my taste i would like you to try it for your self since the main ingredients is Matcha green tea powder that is good for people with diabetes weight loss and maintaining good cholesterol.

(in this recipe they use icing sugar i replace mine with coco sugar or using flavored cheese cake matcha so that it will sugar free cheese cake)
