Why won't they eat what you're eating? Chances are, if it's healthy for you, it's healthy for everyone.
My family eats what I cook. I vary our meals up a lot and always keep it flavorful and interesting. I might make rice or pasta for them as a side that I don't eat myself but, otherwise, they get what I make :)

I just came to the realization that I need to start freezing what I make. My family eats what I eat but sometimes I remember to make them a side that I won't eat but I've found that since I'm eating so little I'm making too much and then they get tired of the left overs. So, what I'm going to do, is measure out a couple ounces, put it in baggies and then put all the baggies of the same stuff in the freezer. Then, when I'm lazy and order them pizza, or when I'm bringing something to work for lunch, I can just grab a bag of something frozen from the freezer.
