My favorite recipe is from the Bariatric Foodie website:

8 oz skim milk

2 scoops Click mocha decaf

1 tsp of PB2 powder

1 tsp sugar free chocolate pudding

1 packet Splenda

Ice

Blend up and enjoy this shake which taste like a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Frap!

I mix up a whole jar's worth of protein powder at one time so all I have to do in the morning is dump the mixture into my Ninja and add ice and water.

Mocha Protein Shake

1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 heaping teaspoon flavorless fiber powder
1 scant teaspoon chocolate sugar-free instant pudding (I like the Jello Chocolate Fudge flavor)
1 serving calcium citrate powder
1/3 cup powdered instant non-fat dry milk
1 heaping teaspoon instant coffee

Dump all ingredients in your blender, add about a cup of crushed ice and a cup of cold water. Blend and serve. I've found that if I use the small blender container, I get less foam.

My favorite right now is the Chocolate Bariatric Advantage shake, make with unsweetened almond milk, with 2 tbsp of PB2 (powdered peanut Butter) and 1/4 of a frozen banana! So delish.

I haven't tried it with ice in a blender for a milkshake consistency but basically I just follow the directions on the canister, but I add a single packet of stevia in the raw (i DO have quite the sweet tooth at times) and a couple of tbsp of sf vanilla creamer.  It makes it perfect hot or cold.

In the winter, i make it per directions and then add a touch of sugar-free peppermint syrup. In the summer, i add 1/2+1/2 and pout it over ice.

I mix my chocolate powder with 2 tsps of PB2 and imsweetened almond milk.  Sometimes I will add a splash of sugar free raspberry syrup and it tastes a lot like a PB&J!
